The joint sports car between Subaru and Toyota showed off its 2.0L Horizontally-Opposed Boxer engine packing 200-hp and 151 lb-ft of torque with 17-inch wheels look fitting on the sports coupe, while the overall stance of the vehicle is definitely attractive to the eye.

Above is The First Subaru BRZ in Indonesia (according to newspaper & magazines), well for a high performance car, looks like BRZ focus an overall performance rather than power itself. With the ideal of weight distribution (54:46), BRZ is really stable on the road even when face to face with a tight angle.

On the cockpit, the smaller steering wheel is comfortable to hold and seems fitting for the coupe, while the seats were surprisingly more comfortable than we originally anticipated them to be.

Toyota 86 Launches in Indonesia (Specification and Price)

The all new Toyota 86 or better known as Hachiroku has just been launched in Indonesia. The 86 coupe is equipped with a 2.0-liter boxer four-cylinder engine, that can delivers 147 kW (200 horsepower in performance car language) at 7000 rpm and 205 Nm of torque between 6400 and 6600 revs on 98 RON petrol. In true sporty fashion the engine doesn’t max out till it hits 7450 rpm.

A compression ratio of 12.5:1 gives the naturally aspirated motor maximum performance across the entire rev range, while maintaining remarkable fuel consumption, 7.8 litres per 100 kilometres for the manual variants and an even more surprising 7.1 litres / 100 km for the automatics. Carbon dioxide emissions are put at 164 grams per kilometre (auto) and 181 g/km (manual). The engine delivers a sporty note to the cabin via a sound creator and damper.

Toyota 86 was launched in several models, the standard model M/T and A/T, Aero Package A/T with front bumper skirt, side skirts, rear bumper skirt and large rear spoiler, and also TRD model which is equipped with aerokit from TRD Sportivo.

The presence of Toyota 86 is a part of Toyota's efforts to gives a beyond expectation to its customers, especially the sportcars lovers of Indonesia, said Johnny Darmawan, President Director of PT. Toyota Astra Motor.

McLaren MP4-12C Spider

British supercar-makers McLaren reveals its second model of MP4-12C series called 12C Spider. The supercar is powered by a 3.8 liter V8 twin turbo engine that will catapult you from 0-62 in just 3.1 seconds, with a top speed of 204mph.

Thanks to the implementation of this compact design, the engineers from McLaren have managed to keep the glass engine cover seen on the coupe version. The roof needs 17 seconds to go up or down and this can be done at speeds of up to 19 mph by the simple push of a button installed on the center console.

There is the inclusion of a rear glass windscreen that doubles as a wind deflector when the top is down. This glass partition can also be lowered when the roof is up which can allow the drivers ears direct access to the sounds of the force feed V8. A final amazing feat in engineering would have to be fact that the MP4-12C Spider only weights 88 pounds more than its fixed roof counterpart.

There's certainly plenty to love about the MP4-12C Spider, but if you like it enough to make it yours, you'll need to lose US$265,750 from your pockets in coming November 2012.

Batmobile : The Tumbler Blueprints and Specification

The Batmobile appears in the Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008) directed by Christopher Nolan. The Vehicle itself looks like a Tank than a car, and without any wings like the previous generations of Batmobile.

This is the first time Batmobile named as "The Tumbler", its equipped with weaponry, and the ability to boost into a rampless jump. The armour on the Tumbler is strong enough to break through concrete barriers without sustaining significant damage.

Special Features :

The Batman Begins Batmobile has a pair of autocannons mounted in the nose of the car between the front wheels. In "Attack" mode, the driver's seat moves to the center of the car, and the driver is repositioned to lie face-down with his head in the center section between the front wheels. This serves two main purposes: first, it provides more substantial protection with the driver shielded by multiple layers of armor plating. Second, the low-down, centralized driving position makes extreme precision maneuvers easier to perform, while lying prone reduces the risk of injury a driver faces when making these maneuvers. Other devices included:

• Integrated safety connection to gasoline control

The vehicle is powered by an electric motor making the car very hard to find in dark places (which makes the mode most useful at night), and as demonstrated by the car chase in Batman Begins, can easily throw off pursuers.
• Explosive caltrops are deployed from the rear of the vehicle, which can take out any cars that make contact with them. This is used during a car chase in Batman Begins, where Batman uses it to take out numerous police cars pursuing him.
• Front of car is heavily armored, so the car can ram as a practical offensive attack, and also protects the driver (Batman) while in the prone driving position/"Attack" mode
• Both front wheels can eject when the vehicle is damaged to form the Batpod, a motorcycle-like vehicle (the rest self-destructs).
